To consult with your Doctor or search for a Doctor, you must first register to use the system, and then proceed to logon.

To register, click on the 'Register' button (above right), fill out the form and Submit. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration. You only need to register once.

To set an appointment, logon with your username and password.

• Select a doctor for yourself or your dependent
• Indicate if you are current patient
• Indicate if it's a Tele-medice appointment (Payment may be required in advance (email will state)
• Select a date
• Select a time
• Click/tap the Submit button, follow instructions shown on screen/email
